SELF-LAYING PVC FLOORING IN ROLL

Transformation of an industrial concrete flooring (146×23 m) into a joint-free floor suitable for food environments, characterized by high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
SOLUTION:
A self-laying PVC floor that is practical and quick to install.
It is a perfectly washable and resistant floor with self-laying sheets that are welded to block any type of infiltration.
Within a wide choice of colors and shades, a "pebble" effect finish with a warm tone was chosen.
The installation of this product does not require the use of glues, only double-sided adhesive is used in the joints.

We are able to create customized raised platforms, based on customer requests and agreed measurements.These platforms can be inserted inside our ergonomic and non-slip mats.
These platforms are safe and ergonomic and allow operators to reach height, they are positioned in front of workbenches, tables or machinery.
Thanks to this new system of ours we can supply the customer with complete and already assembled mats.

Results obtained from our implementation
We created the floor with integrated signage thanks to our Bicolor tile system as it needed to identify the different machine assembly stations according to its production cycle.
Thanks to the different colors we were able to identify the various work areas.
It was also permanently inserted into the flooring. The final result was very positive, compliant with the customer's needs and safety regulations.
WOODWORKING MACHINERY COMPANY
Requests and objectives
Replace the carpeted corridors inside the showrooms: wear and difficulty in cleaning but also a problem with disposing of bulky carpet rolls.
Results obtained from our implementation
We created the new corridors with our PVC flooring which not only allowed us to have a long-lasting solution, but also one that was easy to clean and eliminated the disposal problem once and for all. The presence of tiles with a slide is very important
PRECISION MECHANICAL PROCESSING COMPANY
One of our customers has communicated to us his intention to purchase a new property to transfer his mechanical manufacturing production activity.
The property in question had flooring worn by time and previous activities.
His request was to have a flexible flooring, quick to install and with integrated signage.
Thanks to our self-laying PVC flooring system, we installed 600 m2 extremely quickly, having definitive integrated signs that were also removable without the use of glues.
